This Podcast is based around chatting with others about figuring out where they are today and how they got there.
We have so many options nowadays to do whatever we want and to be whoever we want that it can be overwhelming to have so many choices. Pressure can slip in from ourselves to feel like we should be doing more all the time or feel like we haven’t achieved things we always wanted to do yet.
This podcast will share individual stories and allow for you the listener to see some reliability in other people’s journeys and maybe you might want to share your journey with us too?

Since 2018 I have been working with Joe in the production of his Podcast. Joe is a Mental Health Psychologist. Joe’s podcast consist of topical Mental Health subjects as well as guest interviews.
My role was lead editor. Audio files were captured in person using devices like H1/H6 Zooms and Mics to Zoom web calls. My duty was to edit and package each session to have it ready for upload to all streams including Spotify and iTunes.
Whilst working at Spectrum.Life I was in control of editing and publishing over 25 Podcast episodes. Topics for the Podcast included a Wellbeing themes like; Nutrition, Health, Fitness, Parenting, Creativity and Mental Health.
The shows featured special guests each week in a response to the COVID Pandemic in order for us to keep providing top quality content to our clients.
I was approached to assist Irish Men’s Shed Association as part of Mental Health Week 2020. They were looking for an editor to help with Podcast production to which I volunteered to take on all edits required for their Mental Health launch.
My duty was to edit podcast recording’s and have them ready to publish to their relevant social channels for Mental Health Week 2020. Three episodes were published in total.
As part of a college assignment I was given the task to recreate all the audio within a movie scene of my choice. The film I choose was ‘Drive’.
All sound elements within the video were created using multiple sound effects sourced online. The goal was to make the scene as realistic to the original track as possible.

Similar to my previous post this was also a college assignment recreating a scene with sound. All audio within the scene was recorded using a Zoom recorder i.e. speaker voice, coin drop, wrapper crinkle etc…
